In my Customer Experience course, I redesigned an integral aspect of Rover — an online marketplace for pet owners seeking services like overnight sitting, boarding, and walking.
My aim was to develop a prototype for an enhanced messaging system within Rover on Figma. This included streamlining the notification
and inbox process, decluttering message previews, restructuring the organization within messages and the Archive folder, and making
an overall more intuitive user experience.
Being a novice in Figma, this project served as an excellent introduction into wireframing, UI design, and CX research.
